Applying Straightening Creme

Gently shampoo, rinse, and condition lightly. Dry hair thoroughly with blow dryer while running fingers through the hair until completely dry.

Using gloves, apply creme from jar. For extremely delicate or damaged hair only, add conditioning oil to creme and mix thoroughly. Conditioning oil is not needed on healthy or very curly/coarse hair.

Section hair into quadrants. Application is same as applying single process color. Saturate the hair for even results for 5 minutes. (For delicate hair, apply Fortifying Spray after application of cream, followed immediately by strength test.)

Strength test must be done every 2 minutes throughout the process for all hair types.

Rinsing of Creme

Rinse well using warm water for 5 minutes. Thorough but gentle shampoo and light condition with provided shampoo and conditioner. Gently towel dry hair without combing, pulling or scrunching hair. The hair is in a very fragile state and cannot be under stress.

Applying Cuticle Sealer

Apply cuticle sealer thoroughly, distributing evenly and saturating the hair. Comb through every with 3 minutes for 15 minutes with medium-tooth comb. After 15 minutes shampoo and condition hair lightly. Gently towel dry hair without combing, pulling or scrunching hair. The hair is in a very fragile state and cannot be under stress. Make sure no bands or clips are used.

Applying Styling Serum

Apply a generous amount of styling serum from ends to roots. Comb through for even distribution. Do not rinse. Blow dry. Make sure no bands or clips are used.
